We are very well pleased with your last year’s Santa Claus appearance at Empire Shopping Gallery. Hence, we would like to get a quotation from you for this year’s Santa Claus appearance.
Last year, your Santa services were magnificent and we are very well pleased to approach you again for this year’s Santa Claus service during the Christmas season for the year 2014. In terms of punctuality, you were always on time and matter of fact you’re always an hour early to the changing room.
The moment you reached the changing room and without delay you will take out your DIY clothing rack which was customized just for your Santa Claus suit which I think it is very professional of you.
During the walkabout, you will not hesitate to approach shoppers to giveaway candies and also take picture with them. Then when it comes to meet and greet session at the Upper Ground Concourse, your assistant was really helpful in arranging a line for the children to queue up and to take turns to go up onto the stage for photo opportunity. When the photo opportunity session doesn’t have good response during that hour, you will immediately take ownership to proceed with walkabout and giving away candies on your own accord without me asking. Enough said and keep up the good work there.
